Meet Our New President, Nina Amin

I am delighted to be taking on the position of President of TIE and championing the important role that entrepreneurs play in creating jobs and contributing to the economy.

It is my vision to continue to build on the great work that has been done at TIE by our last President Dinesh Dhamija, in creating a network that continues to be vibrant and offers many benefits to entrepreneurs that add value to their business.

I have exciting plans during my time as President to work towards our network becoming one of the most active on social media platforms, increasing in size and launching new initiatives such as TYE – our new network for young entrepreneurs. I will also work to raise the profile of our Tie Angel investing platform as access to funding remains a key growth enabler for innovating start-up businesses.

I am also committed to building and strengthening our TWE network – the women’s entrepreneurs’ initiative.

Supporting entrepreneurial businesses is absolutely key in an age where more businesses and their leaders are struggling to adapt and move forward amidst environmental, social, technological and political disruption. We have some amazing mentoring and networking programmes in place which we can build upon over the coming months.

Finally, I would like to thank you for your continued support and am excited for the next 12 months.
